Dr. Stephen Romagnolo - Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon in Florida

Practicing with Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in New Port Richey, Florida, since 2012, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo is a fellowship-trained Mohs and reconstructive surgeon. Also serving patients in communities such as Spring Hill and Hudson, he is board-certified as a dermatologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Stephen Romagnolo excels in treating various types of skin cancer and in guiding skin reconstruction after the excision of tumorous cells.

Dr. Romagnolo earned his BA in statistics cum laude at Columbia University, receiving the Joseph Pulitzer Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Completing his MD at Dartmouth Medical School, he achieved the highest score in his class in biochemistry. His dermatology residency at the MCP-Hahnemann University Hospitals included a role as chief resident. He served as a statistical consultant for a study focused on the inter-reader reliability of Sezary cell counts when assessed by multiple pathologists.

Stephen Romagnolo, MD, has also completed a Moh’s fellowship with Benedetto Dermatology, PC, and presented on wound reconstruction at the American Academy of Dermatology Meeting in Washington, DC. Community-focused, he regularly mentors students at various career stages who have an interest in the dermatological profession.
